I am an Economist at the University of Chicago, a visiting researcher at Stanford University and an invited researcher at JPAL North America.
I’m an applied economist working at the intersection of human behavior, data, and decision-making. My research focuses on labor markets, financial decision-making, and institutional trust, and I specialize in designing field experiments, behavioral change interventions, and analytics strategies that generate actionable insights.
I’ve led high-impact projects with government agencies, fintech firms, and multilateral institutions to inform strategic decisions and large scale investments. My work has been published in leading journals and featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Politico, and The Washington Post.
Previously, I was Head of Labor Markets at the Behavioural Insights Team, where I partnered with senior leaders across Asia-Pacific to improve programs through behavioral science and user-centered evaluation. I’ve also served as a consultant to the United Nations and European Commission on scaling evidence-based innovation.
